Your agent reads the workspace's brand guideline over the API, writes the caption, uploads images and submits the post for review. Your team can draft by hand in the same place.
Your team approves
A reviewer checks the copy against a Facebook-style preview and approves it or sends it back. Agents cannot approve their own work.
It publishes on time
A manager schedules the post. At that time PulseFlowAI publishes it to the connected Facebook Page and Instagram account, and records the result.

Questions people ask first
Which platforms can PulseFlowAI publish to?
Facebook Pages and Instagram professional (business or creator) accounts, connected through Facebook Login for Business. TikTok and other platforms are on the roadmap.
Do I need an AI agent to use it?
No. Your team can write, upload and schedule posts in the web app. The API is there for when you want an agent such as Claude, a custom GPT or an automation flow to do the drafting.
Can an agent publish without a person approving?
Not with the default setup. Agents are normally added as editors, which lets them create and submit posts. Approving and scheduling need a reviewer or manager, and every agent action shows up in the activity log.
Can my clients see each other's content?
No. Every request is checked against workspace membership, so a person in one workspace cannot open posts, media or channels from another.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is on request. It depends on how many brands, channels and people you need. Book a demo and we will walk you through it.
What happens to my Facebook data if I leave?
Removing a channel deletes its access tokens straight away. You can also remove PulseFlowAI from your Facebook Business integrations, or ask us to delete your account. See the data deletion page.
