Data deletion

You can remove the Facebook and Instagram data PulseFlowAI holds at any time, or delete your whole account. This page explains each option and what happens next.

1. Remove a channel in PulseFlowAI

1. Sign in at app.pulseflowai.com and open the workspace.
2. Go to Channels.
3. Choose the Facebook Page or Instagram account and click Remove.

The channel's access tokens are deleted at once and we stop publishing to it. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there; delete them on the platform if you want them gone.

2. Remove PulseFlowAI from Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations (under Permissions or in Meta Accounts Center, depending on your version of Facebook).
3. Select PulseFlow AI (the name our app uses on Facebook) and click Remove. You can also tick the option to delete posts and activity PulseFlowAI made on your behalf.

Meta then notifies us through its deauthorisation and data deletion callbacks. We delete the tokens and connected account details linked to your Meta account and give Meta a confirmation code, which you can use to check the status of your request at app.pulseflowai.com/data-deletion.

3. Delete your PulseFlowAI account

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. Tell us whether you also want to delete a business you own, because that removes it for every member.

• We confirm the request by email, then delete your account and, if you asked, the business's workspaces, posts, media, channels, tokens and activity records within 30 days.
• Copies in encrypted backups expire within a further 30 days.
• We may keep a small record of the request itself, and data we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
