Everything between the first draft and the published post
PulseFlowAI covers the steps a content team repeats every week for every brand: organise, draft, review, schedule, publish and keep a record.
One business, one workspace per brand
A business is your company or agency account. Inside it, each brand gets a workspace with its own posts, media library, channels, campaigns, time zone and brand guideline. People are added per workspace, so access follows the brands they actually work on.
- Business roles: owner, admin and member
- Workspace roles: manager, editor, reviewer and viewer
- Owners and admins act as managers in every workspace
| Action | Manager | Editor | Reviewer | Viewer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| View posts, media, channels | ||||
| Create and edit drafts | ||||
| Submit for review | ||||
| Approve or request changes | ||||
| Schedule, publish, archive | ||||
| Manage channels and members |
Connect the accounts each brand posts to
Connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Facebook Login for Business. You choose which Pages and accounts to share, and you can remove a channel at any time, which deletes its tokens.
- Facebook Pages
- Instagram business and creator accounts
- TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Zalo OA Coming soon
Pages you manage. Photo posts and text posts.
Professional accounts linked to a Page. Image posts.
TikTok Soon
Planned through the TikTok Content Posting API.
More Soon
YouTube, LinkedIn and Zalo OA are next on the list.
Every post has a clear status
Posts move from draft to in review, then approved, scheduled and published. If publishing fails, the post is marked failed with the reason. The buttons each person sees depend on their role, so the workflow can't be skipped by accident.
Pick a time and leave it
Set the publish time per channel in the workspace's time zone. A background publisher checks every minute and posts to Facebook and Instagram when the time comes. Each channel target keeps its own status and the platform's post ID, and failures are shown in the app with the reason.
- Times stored in UTC and shown in the brand's time zone
- One post, several channels, optional caption per channel
- Month and week calendar with drag to reschedule Coming soon
Review the post the way followers will see it
The post page shows the caption, image and Page name in a feed-style card, next to the sources, channel targets and activity. Reviewers catch cut-off captions and cropped images before approving, not after publishing.
A stable API your agents can work through
Agents are users with their own API tokens. With REST API v1 they read the workspace's brand guideline and channels, upload images, create and update posts, and submit them for review. Tokens are shown once and stored only as hashes.
- Bearer tokens, JSON in and out
- Works with Claude, custom GPTs, n8n or your own scripts
- MCP server with the same actions as tools Coming soon
# 1. Read the brand context GET /api/v1/workspaces/1 # 2. Upload an image POST /api/v1/workspaces/1/media # 3. Create the post POST /api/v1/workspaces/1/posts { "title": "Weekend menu", "caption": "...", "scheduledAt": "2026-10-16T19:30+07:00" } # 4. Hand it to a human POST /api/v1/posts/42/transition { "action": "submit" }
Know who changed what, including agents
Every create, update and status change on a post is written to its activity log with the person or agent who did it and when. Agent actions carry an agent label, so it is always clear which edits came from automation.
Built so brands stay separate
Agencies hold client accounts, so isolation is part of every request, not a setting. The basics are in place from day one.
Tenant isolation
Every query is scoped through workspace membership. Outsiders get a not-found response.
Encrypted tokens
Facebook and Instagram access tokens are encrypted at rest. API tokens are stored as hashes.
Easy disconnect
Removing a channel, or removing the app in Facebook, deletes the stored tokens.
HTTPS only
All traffic to the app and API is encrypted in transit.
