This Cookie Policy explains how Power Digital Limited Company ("PulseFlowAI", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on pulseflowai.com (the "website") and app.pulseflowai.com (the "app").
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work. Others help the site owner understand visits or measure advertising. "First-party" cookies are set by the site you visit; "third-party" cookies are set by another company.
2. Your choice
On your first visit to the website we ask for your choice. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or pick categories under "Preferences". Until you choose, and if you reject, we only use necessary cookies. You can change your choice at any time:
Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.
3. Categories we use
- Necessary: required for the website and app to work, for example to remember your cookie choice and theme, or keep you signed in. These cannot be switched off in our settings, though you can block them in your browser, which may stop parts of the site working.
- Analytics: help us see which pages are visited and how people find us, using aggregated statistics. Used only with your consent.
- Marketing: help us measure our own advertising campaigns. Used only with your consent. We do not use cookies to show you ads on other sites based on your use of the app.

The demo request form at /demo sets no cookies. If you arrive from a link with campaign parameters (utm_source and similar), the website keeps them in your browser's session storage for that tab only, and they are sent to us only if you submit the form. They are deleted when you close the tab.
The website does not currently load any analytics or marketing scripts. If we add one, we will list it here before it goes live, and it will only run after you consent to its category.
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram channel in the app, you are taken to Meta's own login dialog. Cookies set there are controlled by Meta under Meta's cookie policy.
5. Controlling cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you see, delete and block cookies in their settings. If you delete the pf_consent cookie, the website will ask for your choice again on your next visit.

We will update this page and the "Last updated" date when the cookies we use change.
