Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Power Digital Limited Company ("PulseFlowAI", "we", "us") for the use of pulseflowai.com, the app at app.pulseflowai.com and the PulseFlowAI API (together, the "Service"). By accepting your account invitation or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or agency, you confirm that you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The Service
PulseFlowAI lets businesses and agencies plan, review, approve, schedule and publish social media posts for the brands they manage. It includes workspaces, roles, an approval workflow, connections to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts, an activity log and a REST API that people and AI agents can use.
2. Early access and fees
The Service is offered to businesses (agencies and companies) in early access. There is no public self-signup: our team creates each business account after talking with you. Fees, if any, are those agreed with you in writing (for example in an order form or email confirmation), and we will not charge you anything you have not agreed to. During early access, features may change, be limited or be removed; we will give account owners reasonable notice of changes that materially affect them.
3. Accounts and roles
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate account information.
- We create your business account and name its owner, who controls who can access it. Owners and admins are responsible for the members and agent users they add and the roles they give them.
- Keep your password and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and tokens. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the posts, images, captions, guidelines and other material you or your agents put into the Service ("Your Content").
- You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service, for example to show it to your workspace members and to publish it to the channels you choose.
- You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it, and that it complies with the law, including advertising, consumer protection and health claims rules that apply to your brand.
5. AI agents and the API
- You may create agent users and API tokens to let software act in your workspaces. Actions taken with your tokens are treated as actions of your business.
- You are responsible for the agents you connect, the third-party AI services they use, and the data you allow them to read.
- Review AI-generated content before you approve it. AI output can be inaccurate, and publishing it is your decision.
- Use the API within reasonable limits. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the Service or other users.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect Facebook, Instagram or other platforms, you must only connect accounts you are authorised to manage, and you must follow each platform's terms and policies, including Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms and Community Standards. Platforms can change or withdraw their APIs at any time. We are not responsible for platform decisions, such as removing content or limiting an account.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing or infringes others' rights;
- send spam or run fake or inauthentic accounts;
- access workspaces, data or accounts you are not authorised to access, or try to break the Service's security;
- reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service;
- resell the Service without our written agreement.
8. Availability and publishing
We work to keep the Service available and to publish posts at the scheduled time, but we do not guarantee either. Platform outages, expired or revoked permissions, rejected media or content policies can prevent a post from publishing. Failed posts are marked in the app with the reason when the platform provides one. Keep your own copies of important content.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the PulseFlowAI name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights in them except the right to use the Service as described here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data inside Your Content on your behalf, we do so only to provide the Service and on your instructions.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put other users or platforms at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your content. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. This is especially true during early access.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
If a third party makes a claim against us because of Your Content, your use of a connected platform or your breach of these Terms, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, to the extent the law allows.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if they cannot be resolved, they will go to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell account owners by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
